RETURN POLICY
We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges of our products due to the current COVID- 19 situation. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must contact us as soon as the order has been delivered.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds to any orders once the order has been placed.
The shipping fees are also non-refundable.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that the shipping address given is correct as it can be lost and can’t also be delivered back to us.
You will be held accountable for your package(s) and the shipping fees to be shipped back.
LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED GOODS
Om Shanti Jewellery currently ships through Royal Mail so once it has been dropped at their drop of service, we are NO LONGER responsible for the packaging. This is because we no longer have control over your packaging once it has been shipped to Royal Mail.
Please remember that in a unlikely event of a lost/stolen or damage package, you will also not be refunded.
